Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to RespiraVita holistic wellness products purchased through khoglorethak.world or invoiced directly by RespiraVita for movement, breathing, and nutrition offerings described on Khoglorethak.

Physical goods

If RespiraVita ships optional physical items associated with a product, such as printed guides or branded accessories, you may return unused items in original packaging within fourteen days of delivery for a refund of the item price, excluding outbound shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items must be free of wear, stains, or writing. We may photograph returned goods to document condition when disputes arise.

Digital products

Digital downloads and streaming access constitute intangible goods. Because delivery is immediate, refunds are limited to cases where files are defective, access repeatedly fails after documented support attempts, or duplicate charges occurred in error.

If you request a refund within seven days of purchase and have not substantially downloaded or streamed content beyond preview portions, we may grant a refund at our discretion after verifying access logs tied to your RespiraVita product account.

Bundles with studio sessions

When a product includes studio visits at 108 Osceola Ln, Jupiter, FL, refunds may be prorated after subtracting the value of completed sessions and any no-show fees described at booking. Unused sessions scheduled before a documented relocation may be transferred when possible.

Subscription or installment plans

If RespiraVita offers installment payments for a product, cancellation terms will be stated at checkout. Early termination may require payment for content already delivered.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact message@khoglorethak.world before initiating a chargeback. Friendly resolution often preserves your access to updated materials. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to suspension of product access pending investigation.

How to request a return or refund

Email message@khoglorethak.world with your order identifier, purchase date, product name, and reason for the request. For physical returns, we will provide a return address and instructions. Do not ship items without confirmation, as unsolicited packages may be refused.

Processing time

Approved refunds are posted to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive returned goods or confirm digital eligibility. Banks may add additional posting time.

Non-refundable items

Customized coaching notes prepared specifically for you, late cancellation fees for studio slots, and third-party fees charged by payment processors may be non-refundable except where required by law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights available in your state. If a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory rule prevails for eligible residents.

Policy updates

We may revise this Return Policy to reflect new RespiraVita product formats or partner logistics. Continued purchases after posting constitute acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit notice.

Exchanges

If a physical item arrives in the wrong size or variant, we will exchange it for the correct RespiraVita-branded product when stock allows, subject to the same condition requirements as returns.

Gift purchases

If a product was purchased as a gift, refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit toward other RespiraVita offerings, depending on verification of the purchase record.

Damaged or defective deliveries

Notify us within seven days of delivery with photographs of packaging and items. We may replace or refund at no additional shipping cost when the issue is confirmed.
