These Terms of Use govern access to khoglorethak.world and the purchase or use of RespiraVita holistic wellness products, including digital movement libraries, breathing audio, nutrition planning aids, and optional studio components bundled with those products.

Agreement

By browsing, purchasing, or downloading materials, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and do not purchase RespiraVita products.

Eligibility

You represent that you are at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. If you purchase on behalf of a household, you confirm you have authority to bind those members to studio rules communicated with the product.

Product descriptions

RespiraVita strives to describe movement, breath, and nutrition products accurately, including file formats, approximate session lengths, and whether studio visits are included. Minor typographical errors may be corrected without notice, but material changes to a purchased bundle will be communicated when feasible.

Products are educational wellness resources. They are not a substitute for individualized services outside the scope of RespiraVita materials when your situation requires different attention.

License to digital content

When you purchase digital materials, RespiraVita grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not redistribute files, resell access, publicly perform content for paid audiences, or remove proprietary notices.

Studio components

If your product includes visits to 108 Osceola Ln, Jupiter, FL, you agree to follow safety instructions, arrive on time, and notify staff of physical limitations relevant to movement sessions. RespiraVita may reschedule for weather, instructor availability, or facility maintenance.

Payments and taxes

Prices are listed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize our payment processors to charge the total shown at checkout, including applicable sales tax based on the billing or service address associated with your order.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse khoglorethak.world, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with download infrastructure, scraping personal data of other users, or using automated tools in a way that degrades service for others.

Intellectual property

All branding, curricula, audio, visuals, and layout elements on Khoglorethak remain the property of RespiraVita or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or separate written agreements.

Force majeure

Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us with a written description of the dispute so we can attempt informal resolution related to the RespiraVita product at issue. If informal resolution fails, the governing law and venue provisions above apply.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted.
